Hey! I was wondering how most of you are currently handling SharePoint sites for different organizational teams or projects? I ask this because our current structure is one that has a overarching site that consists of subsites for each team/project. With the introduction of Teams and M365 groups being used a bit more widely, I'm not sure how to best manage these two separate structures. I'm struggling with trying to decide which approach is best to keep moving forward. The answer seems like it leans towards using M365 groups, but the migration from one to the other seems ridiculously painful (lots of files to migrate, links breaking, the whole 9 yards)
Our current SharePoint site is set up with relatively open access permissions (this is how I inherited it and maintained it) and is fairly open for any staff to find any site/foldedocument they may need for cross-team work (things that need to be restricted are). The challenge for us is, with the M365/Teams groups, permissions are dictated by group membership.
I'd love to learn a bit about how some of you may have tackled this same problem before or any suggestions/feedback you all can give. Thanks!

I know Bauer makes a next size up junior stick with P01 but after that he’ll need to move to a new curve, so we’d rather he starts the transition now instead of in 2 years. Any recommendations on a curve he should consider? It seems that the P28 has become popular and is also a toe curve however has an open face. Not sure if that will matter much. When her blood touched his skin, he was revived once more, now a loyal servant of Hellsing. He goes under the name "Alucard", and works for the government, dispatching other vampires to protect the humans he once terrorized. I just unboxed it this morning and I maybe spent less than an hour using it. I was afraid to open the box based on the criticism it has received. However, my initial impressions are pretty positive.
The build quality seems very good. Much smaller than I thought it would be even after watching so many videos of it.
The controllers are incredibly light and also seem very comfortable to use. They would not pair until they were charged up a bit. Even plugged in and charging I could not get them to pair on the first few times until they charged. Once they did, they paired perfectly.
I dialed in my settings for the diopters and got it into perfect focus right away. No issues and not having to wear my glasses or put contact lenses on is a game changer. I am very happy about this, and it is one of the main reasons I went with this headset.
It updated and connected online perfectly fine. I had zero issues setting it up using my phone, a Google Pixel 7 to complete the setup. The Pixel 7 does not support Miracast, so there is no phone mirroring, but this is a Google Pixel issue and not the fault of the XR and was to be expected. This isn't even a feature of the headset that I really cared or knew about until recently.
Comfort is very subjective. I can easily see why some people have complaints with pressure on their forehead. However, shifting the battery pack position up a little bit completely solved this for me. I have no comfort complaints so far.
The pass through is very good. It is a flat view because of the single camera, but I can easily view the room around me, plug in usb cables to charge the controllers, and do what I need to do without taking it off.
I haven't paired them yet, but I can comfortably wear my AfterShokz Aeropex Mini Bone conducting headset with this. They don't even touch each other when wearing both. I am thrilled about this.
The app store needs to be fleshed out, but everything seems to work fine.
Based on recommendations posted online I cranked up the bit rate for streaming from the PC and it looks perfectly fine. Wired to the PC was honestly just perfect. I popped right into my SteamVR Home and it was no different than using my wired or wireless adapter with my good old Vive. All my VR PC apps just show up in the library on the headset. I have to relocate the PC I am using to hardwire it, however, it did connect to it when both were wireless but it would drop off frequently. I will connect the PC up directly to the network and try again with the headset in an area of the house with good coverage. I don't anticipate this being an issue.
If you aren't in the sweet spot with positioning the lens in front of your eye you get minor glare. But otherwise it is fine. There is still minor screen door effect which I would have hoped would be better, but it is a major improvement from the original Vive I am coming from.
So far I think it is a keeper. I can't wait to move the PC later and spend some time using my PCVR apps and give it a much longer test.

I am highly considering leasing a vehicle and looking for opinions on it. Leasing makes much more financial sense for me right now than financing, but I am finding it hard to justify paying for a car for two years and not getting anything out of it in the end.
I currently have an older car that was passed down to me by my parents but it is now on its last leg, so I have been trying to decide where to go from here to replace this vehicle. I was initially considering financing a new vehicle as literally everyone I know does this so it was naturally the first thing I considered. However, I am finding this hard to justify because although I can make it work with my budget, I work from home so I don’t need a car for daily use (although I do definitely still need something because I live in a smaller city that is fairly spaced out and has essentially non-existent public transportation), and I currently do not have any car payment so to increase my monthly expenses by so much for something I technically don’t need daily is very hard to justify.
I have also, of course, considered buying a used vehicle, but I am not comfortable buying something more than a few years old as I am tired of feeling stressed about something happening every time I drive my car (I have anxiety about this anyways so having an older car does not help!) and also do not want to have to deal with frequent maintenance. It seems like everything in my city that is only a few years old is not much cheaper than a brand new vehicle and the interest rates are even higher to finance a used vehicle so I would essentially end up paying the same as a brand new vehicle!
So, this led me to looking into leasing a vehicle. There are several cars I have looked at that are still not much cheaper to lease than finance BUT one of the vehicles I was highly considering when I was originally looking at financing is actually much more cheaper to lease and very much tempting me!! To finance this vehicle, it would be around $500/month for 7 years (😬) with a $7000 down payment; however, to lease it for 2 years, it is just $200/month (with the same down payment). After 2 years, I would likely feel more comfortable paying the extra money and would then start financing another vehicle. I could easily fit this $200 in my budget (I am soon getting a raise even higher than this amount anyway), AND I would be getting a brand new vehicle, so obviously I am very tempted by this!! But part of me still can’t get past the thought that, even though i’ll be better off in the short term because of the lower payment, I will be worse off in the long run because I won’t actually own the vehicle.
Anyone have any advice for me in this situation? Unfortunately, I don’t actually know anyone who leases their vehicle so I don’t really know a whole lot about it.

I've noticed while rolling that I am a bit too relaxed at times. I'm not very heavy but I have a slim athletic build. The only people I can currently submit relliably are the ones a bit lighter than me.
