F and t trapping

Went to a Urogyn the other day and she diagnosed me with overactive bladder and PFD. She said it could be IC too. She did a water test and my uretha starting spasming at 120ml (normal should be 300-400ml). I just started pelvic floor therapy after a different urologist recommended it. I have hypertonic pelvic floor and apparently certain muscles push on my bladder.
I’ve noticed that certain drinks or instances trigger my bladder to fill up fast. For instance, I had cereal and milk for breakfast and had to pee a lot after (very clear too).
The urogynecologist doesn’t want me to start medication cuz I’m “too young” I’m 25F with no previous bladder issues until a few months ago.
I definitely have anxiety traveling in a car or train with limited bathroom access. After like 30-40 minutes sitting it causes my heart rate to elevate and my bladder fills up quickly with clear urine.
I’ve been off of caffeine, seltzer, alcohol, etc.
I just started taking pumpkin seed oil and was prescribed vaginal Valium.
Would prelief help offset the frequent urination from dairy, or acidic drinks?
Is there a medication I can take to fix my bladder? I don’t want to live with a tiny bladder forever. It’s been 3.5 months already. I live in NY for context and work in Manhattan.

Might be a stupid question. But basically, my friend decided to add vodka into my soda. This was during a normal setting. It wasn’t a late night party, or anything that could indicate that we’d be drinking. Fyi I haven’t drinken alcohol before.
About half an hour goes by and I start to feel some tingling in my feet. It feels weird as soon as I sit down. I’m not 100% aware of what I’m doing and it’s almost like I’m on autopilot. And my inhibitions lowered quite a bit, although I wasn’t completely out of it.
What I’d like to know is if you’d consider me as being slightly buzzed/intoxicated at that moment, or if I was drunk. And did you have a similar experience or not?

We met online five months ago and he (INTJ) texted me (INFJ) every day. We really connected and sometimes spent hours texting back and forth. He asked a ton of questions and it took time before we moved from the site to our phones. It took four months to meet and he talked about more dates, coming to my house, having things to do (we lived in different states but close). He was constantly touching me, kissing me and there was never an awkward moment in the conversation. We clicked immediately, like we were supposed to be together.
After our date we continued to text every day for three weeks then he just stopped and was no longer subscribed to the dating site. I finally got him to respond after sending a vulnerable, heartfelt text.
He apologized said the date was great but since then (three weeks) he saw someone else a couple of times and that is why he temporarily hid his profile but we can still keep in touch.
I don’t understand any of this. Everything was fantastic and why would he be seeing someone else while seeing me? Plus why say it’s temporarily hidden and we can stay in touch? I thought once they decide on someone they are completely loyal. I didn’t do anything to cause this and the entire five months was amazing. He wasn’t loyal to me and now it sounds like he isn’t planning on being loyal to her.
What am I missing here about him? This goes against everything I know about an INTJ and I read everything I could for five months to understand us both and how to make it work.

As much as I want to continue collecting HT, my career path (Medicine) is hindering me from seeing my collection constantly. I spend most days in the hospital and only have about 2-3 days a month to see my collection back home and it kinda sucks. I will most likely shift to another collecting hobby, probably wristwatches, as these pieces may be passed down to my kids someday and it’s easier to keep with me especially when I’m going on hospital duty. I won’t let go of the HT’s that I own but I will no longer buy new ones (unless they’re batman) from here on out.

Looking for some recommendations on places to get a blood panel done with the right readings. I know most PCMs won’t use the correct panel (maybe they do, I’ve heard they don’t). Haven’t gotten my blood levels looked at before and want to see where I stand for potential gear usage. Thanks!

Do these people not realize that disabled people can’t just jump and skip over to the post office every day to see if there’s a form they missed???
I live in a rural area with no mailboxes. I have agoraphobia, ptsd, anxiety and bipolar 2.
They basically gave me 4 days to return this form.
I’m so fed up with this process and not having a job due to disability but I can’t get benefits because of my disability.
Any advice? Should I try to get a free disability lawyer?

Advice, questions, comments, leave below..I’m at wits end. I hate my life. I’m not gonna live much longer and only after it’s too late will they pretend to care..

I have a 6th generation iPad and I’ve had it since 2019. Last month the screen shattered quite badly because I left the flap of the case open with my metal bottle. I was going to put off fixing it but my dad offered to help repair it. I’m just seeing it for the first time since the repair and the Touch ID no longer works. There are weird lines in the screen and a dot that won’t go away. The iPad is no longer very responsive to the actual power button on top. The screen is definitely a third party one and looks weirdly cheap. The screen has been flickering and just been acting weird. I’m really quite upset as I was going to put off repairing it for this exact reason. It looks so messy now
Can it still be fixed properly or should I give up and get a new one in a couple of years

I honestly think I speak for a lot of us when I say I’m tired of this subreddit becoming just photos of a random thing like saying “wow”, I would like to know your experiences when you trip.
I had an amazing trip and I feel like I want to share it with you all.
I honestly feel like it was an amazing experience. I moved to Argentina a couple of months ago and it’s nice getting to unlock a piece of the mind that normal people wouldn’t reach, especially in a new country with new beginnings.
We are all psychonouts. I’m (clearly) well past the peak of my trip, but I hope to be able to reach this state of consciousness again and adapt it to my daily life.

But yes! Hello it's my first time on reddit! A little-lot about me:

1. I first used reddit as of posting this about 2-ish weeks ago but I've shadowed Reddit for much longer. I never wanted to make an account due to shyness, confusing rules, and the dreaded censorship that seems to plague every platform. (Plz don't ban me reddit, I beg.) However due to my introvertedness taking over more and more, now seemed like a good a time as any!
   
2. Yep! The name comes from a Nickelodeon cartoon, and if I have to explain from: ¹ how dare you. ² we can't be friends!
   
3. I browsed over hundreds of subreddits, always thinking if I ever did join - where would I start? I had ideas of where, but not-so-much when...And given said strict rules, I always thought I had a knit and knack for sentence structure, spelling and grammar as I've been complimented on my penmanship and organization skills...yet, reddit I'm sure will truly test me on that. I've been out of an English class for many, many years now. So forgive me in advance I'll try my best!
   
4. Speaking of many, many years - I'm not so young and not so old either! It's a mystery. And as per reddit guidelines to not share sensitive information - I suppose I will keep it that way. You'll just have to think of me as an enigmatic mr. magoo-like shape; formless in the hands of it's users, but an organized cut figure in staunch of his allies. Think of Inspector gadget except more mysterious. (And who trips on his own shoelaces.) So...basically Timmy's dad!
   
5. I'm a gamer, hobbiest writer and photographer, and a perspective teacher (in my former years) and I plan on adding a bit of each into their respective subreddit categories in some form of time. I write amateur poetry from time to time, stemming from natural & creative to erotic prose gasp! and when I feel like it - short stories. I tend to also gravitate towards shapeable wordless songs and giving them my own spin (like ost's), as well as coming up with songs lyrics of my own. I went to a magnet school in my younger years for all of the above forms of writing as well as screenwriting and playwriting. All of this is fun to me and that's the extent of it. Nothing more. If you stumble upon any of my former pieces searching for an answer as to why I wrote some of the things I said, or why I said them...it comes down to just whatever floats into my peripheral vision in that given moment; sometimes it's music that inspires me, and othertimes it's just what needs to be said. And hey, sometimes I'm blindsided by my blindspots. And other, other, some times I stop using the word "time" so often! Grrr!
   
6. As for games, I'm a replayer of not-so-old games that are not so timeless, but not-so new anymore eiGarrett! This is mainly due to financial tightness and that older games charm I can't forget. Games such as:

• Resident Evil 4
• Uncharted 3 (and all it's entries, except Golden Abyss)
• Breath of the Wild
• Sonic Advance 2 & 3
• Yugioh 5d's Wheelie Breakers

• Destiny 1 & 2
• Apex Legends

(There are others, but these are some games I hold dear that come off the top of my head.)
I've found games sometimes help shape and induce flow-like states to help us ease into transitions of moment-to-moment actions defining our playable characters, some. Or in other cases, defining ourselves most when we need to caught between a rock and a hard place...like in a gunfight...(I'm looking you Apex Legends, Uncharted, and Destiny.) But yes, in those instances - I've found that what help shape me along with some of the game's life-lessons taught to our characters, did indeed help shape me into the person I am today. (Inb4 someone says I identify as Harumo-chan the master of hoe-jitsu), lol no I'm saying the best parts about our characters can help shape us sometimes without us even knowing it. (But Harumo-chan did help shape me Timmy, why can't you see that?) More power to you then. The best parts for some and the worser parts for others i suppose. :P
6½. What i mean to the last point is, part of my strength I've found is from when I draw strength from other strong characters I've seen and what they've been through; (or put you through and thus you're going through the sh*t-show together.) Characters that have really inspired me are probably namely Sora, Riku & Roxas from Kingdom Hearts, Nathan Drake from Uncharted, Sonic, and Yusei from Yugioh 5d's. I know, very adult of me right? Mm, I am interested however where others draw their strength from? Which form of medium do they choose, why did they choose it and who do they draw strength from if not in a show or game?
I could talk about why I choose these individual characters but I believe that's best suited for another thread/post. P.s. as for tv shows though? A huge inspiration i draw from is Rick, from the walking dead. I don't watch many new shows anymore. (As for why that is, maybe that's also best suited for another post.)

• Avatar: The Last Airbender (yes this counts lol)

• Golden Time (one of the first anime's I've cried to, though that was a long time ago, would be interesting if I have the same reaction rewatching it. All I remember is getting exceptionally emotional and invested which was out of the usual for me. Although I can't remember which part got me the most.)

There are others, and I've seen all series of Yugioh and DragonBall alike, but these in particular stood out to me. For DragonBall Super mostly due to the absolute insanity the tournament of power was and that last fight. I've seen other animes or stopped, started and stopped again as I couldn't get invested into them. That's why Golden Time really took me by surprise. Same with Yugioh 5d's and S1 of Sword Art Online. I am interested to see what other subreddits with differing views on what sorts of animes other people prefer or recommend I watch.
Same with games, music or movies.
To wrap up,

Maybe I am expecting too much, but they don't sound any different than my Samsung Buds+. And since the fit isn't great with any of the ear tips, they let in quite a bit of noise. I honestly think the Samsung block outside noise better since they are so snug (I am a train commuter so can easily spot noise haha).
Anyway, I a getting fed up with these YouTube reviews saying how great noise cancelling ear buds are - they aren't. I think these guys are just fluffing everything to get free gear, but maybe it's me. I have tried Sony and the newer Samsungs, really don't see any difference...

Hi, y'all! My name is Hannah (she/her, 30), and I am running a DND 5e game of The Wild Beyond the Witchlight. A few other posters have announced running this module, and I've been hoping to run it for a while -- I'm excited to finally do so! This game marks first foray into PBP DM'ing, and I hope to facilitate a tight-knit group of PC's and players who mesh well and enjoy writing with one another. As I've freshly crested the hill that is 30 years of age, I would prefer to play with others in a similar range (21+).
The Wild Beyond the Witchlight is a unique module in that it can be completed with little to no violence. As such, this game will be both roleplay and exploration focused, though there will be opportunities for combat should your group desire. Keep this balance in mind when considering character concepts.
We will play on Discord using Avrae, Tupper, and DNDBeyond. While I have some experience with all, I'm an expert in none. I'm happy to help those who need some direction, and I will likely be learning new things as well!

• Level: Beginning at level 2 with plans to move into 3 shortly
• Content: All published content (races/classes) is fair game

• Rolled Stats: Players will roll stats to create a pool from which anyone can choose - minimum of 75
• Equipment & Gold: Take starting equipment and 100 gp. You can purchase any nonmagical items your heart desires for their listed prices with the gold as well as sell any of your starting equipment for the rate listed. Magical items should be run by the DM.
• Starting Magic Item: Each character will begin with an uncommon magical item significant to their backstory. It's super open-ended on what that might mean for your character!
• Leveling: We'll be doing milestone leveling. The adventure has some key moments for leveling up written into the instructions, though we may occasionally deviate. We will spend most of our play in levels 3-5, though we may reach up to 8.

I felt that the setlist had issues which I'll go into but also want to preface with the fact that the sound at Apollo is not good and is likely the root cause of my gripes. Only the second time I've been to a gig here, last time over 10 years ago, and felt the same last night as I did then. Sound quality is vague, vocals muffled and with such a cavernous space with huge ceilings, the volume and overall sound really struggles to fill the space. Only occasionally, in certain parts, did you feel enveloped by the sound or feel the bass notes in your core. I started to think that maybe the Apollo has some sound limit regulations cause surely they could/should go louder. That said, not sure if louder could fix the poor levels and weak clarity.
As for the set, they opened with Heroes which was probably not the best idea they've had as most people didn't know the words and is not really well known or one of their classics resulting with the crowd being quite flat which is not what you really want with your opener. Compared to the instant electricity Neon Medusa brought in Brixton last year it was not a good start.
Gloria lifted the crowd instantly and was a banger but the change of pace onto Lost Boy, even though it is one of their classics and a song we all love, didn't work.
Brixton opened with Neon Medusa, Deep Blue and DoT, 3 up beat anthems before cooling down to the more atmospheric Lost Boy and that worked so much better then the down and ups playlist they started the set with last night.
Heroes/Gloria/Lost Boy/Deep Blue/Heartbeat/Brooklyn.Friday.Love.
Heartbeat is my favourite track off heroes but BFL worked so much better last night and was the best song from Heroes on the night with the whole crowd singing and bouncing along... it was quite magnificent. And with Jason following on the atmosphere was finally on fire and it was the first time I got tingles and emotional. (I was emotional from start to finish at Brixton for comparison).
But just when the crowd were in full party mode they crashed us right back down again with the timid Heart Worth Breaking that was my queue to use the facilities.
On my return, CYHOD was lift-off again and was superb but then we were treated to the same up/down/up/down we were now getting accustomed to with Land Locked heart. I know they want to push their new stuff but this was now their fifth song from Heroes in the first ten songs of the set with BFL and CYHOD the only ones that really landed.
Fans come for the band, not for the latest album and I've always thought that bands have a responsibility to play the set the audience would want to hear and so far this was not it.
Fortunately, the rest of the set went from highs to highs before culminating in the explosion of Sunset to round off an excellent final 8 songs of the set that:
Shadows/Neon Medusa/Vampires/Days of ThundeThe Comeback Kid/Los Angeles/Good in Red/Sunset
All in all, we left feeling exhilarated with the second half finale but underwhelmed with stop/start nature of the early set. I also felt that the set lacked the atmospheric magic America2, The Years and Lost & Found delivered to us last year.
I wasn't sure after my last experience at the Apollo whether it was the venue or the artist but last night confirmed this venue is not made for music.
I hope they book a different venue next time.
