To date, publisher Take-Two Interactive has sold over 150 million copies of GTA V on various platforms.
The publisher revealed the impressive sales stat as part of its earnings report for its fiscal first quarter of 2022. Looking at the data from the previous quarter, it means T2 sold an additional 5 million copies in the past three months. Not too shabby, given that GTA V is far from a new game at this point. That is not the end of it, either.
T2 plans to launch an "expanded and enhanced version" for the latest generation game consoles, those being the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, on November 11, 2021. Developer Rockstar Games had previously said the updated version will bring "new features and more" to the table, but the details are still largely a mystery.
"The new generation versions of GTAV will feature a range of technical improvements, visual upgrades and performance enhancements to take full advantage of the latest hardware, making the game more beautiful and more responsive than ever," Rockstar Games said last year.

Even more than other landlords. They scammed me out of £5k when I was a student nurse and when I moved out they faked pictures to try to get the ENTIRE deposit off me. Luckily I had taken my own photos and videos so had proof and got my deposit back. They also harassed me for months making inappropriate comments about my relationship. Their back door is 1 metre from the front door so there's no escaping them! Please pass this on to people you know moving in Oxford.

This put most of the kids sports, school and household chores on me while he healed himself but we got back to a shared routine and did so very well.
About 2 years ago, my husband, who up until then had a high drive, suddenly stopped initiating and eventually stopped wanting to have sex. This went on for months and finally I confronted him, as by this point sex was off the table but so was any form of intimacy, connection or even helping around the house like he used to. He looked at me and just said "I no longer find you attractive".
When we started to date, I was a college tennis player, 5'3 160lbs of mostly muscle. Over time, 3 kids, 2 houses and becoming a fulltime caregiver to one of our children who has complex medical needs, I gained weight. I got to 224lbs at my heaviest, and worked really hard to get back in shape, lose weight and take care of my health. I didn't do it just for him, but to make sure I had energy for my kids and to correct pre diabetes and BP issues. I have been able to maintain an 80lb weight loss for over a year now, and I am still working out to tone and gain strength.
However, he is still not interested. in 2021, we had sex maybe 2 times. 2022 was a lot better, and we were at 10-12 times (estimating, not really logging here) and this year we are back down again. He says "Oh we should have sex, lets plan on it tonight!" and then we get the kids to bed and he's like "no I don't want to" He will text me all the things he wants to do, then back out. He is VERY anti using toys, and gets very uncomfortable if I have even mentioned going to an adult store, or even purchasing lube. He was not like this when we started dating, but as we get older, he becomes more anti sex and anti talking about it.
Finally, last night, I asked him why he won't initiate or even discuss sex. He said he doesn't know why, just that he is very uncomfortable discussing sex in general and it makes him very uneasy and he has no interest in sex with me. I told him if we want to get back to a good spot, we need to start working on our intimacy, even if it's just taking walks together, or cuddling without the pressure of sex. He said he doesn't want to. He said he doesn't want sex, intimacy but also doesn't want to get divorced.

For one the cat loves to jump on counters, especially when I am cooking. The cat loves to jump on the toilet and hang out in the bath tub. I found this extremely gross because, well, people shower there.
I don't really clean or feed the cat, mostly because I feel disgusted when I do so, so whenever Katie and my fiance are out at the park, the cat whines and bothers me for food. It got irritating, so I decided to discipline the cat by locking her outside.
Katie and my fiance knocked on the door, with Katie crying asking why the cat is crying outside. I told them to discipline the cat more or else they will spoil her, so locking her outside was the logical choice, plus cats can completely handle themselves outside.

- 597 sqft on the main floor, 573 sqft on the first floor, red oak throughout the house
- Entrance area on the main floor (130 sqft out of 597) is original hardwood with little nails all over, which will need to be hammered in first as to not damage equipment
- No super mayor scratches anywhere, just usual wear and tear. Previous owner doesn't seem to have put a lot of high-traffic compatible coats on it before

- Suggested 2 oil-based coats over water-based to match the amber color of the wood & make it fit in with the remaining wood features across the house (agree with this!)
- $3/sqft for the above-mentioned coats

- Any concerns about the durability of the oil-based coats? We have a dog that we'd like to minimize scratches from, but otherwise no concerns with the curing time of oil-based
- Any specific products I should be asking about for oil-based?
- Is $3/sqft a fair price? I realize most of this is for the labor of sanding, but not sure what ballpark I should be looking for

Extensive googling has given me some mixed answers, but generally it seems like I should depreciate the car for all 7 years (~$4,000 -7*$500?=~$500) and subtract that from my sale price ~$3,500, net $3,000 ish and list that difference as income for the year. My question is does this seem correct? And how much should I depreciate the car each year? I just estimated $500 but I’m really clueless there.

People often try to say that Big Mom has no speed or BIQ, making her significantly weaker than Shanks and Kaido, but this simply isn't the case. In this analysis, Big Mom's abilities and feats will be examined while the claims of BM being much weaker than the other OG Yonko will be challenged. This isn't to say that she is more powerful than Kaido or Shanks, but rather closer to them than people give her credit for.Devil FruitBasics:Big Mom's DF allows her to physically take the souls of those who fear her and give objects human-like features and life, even if the thing given a soul is already living. These homies allow her to do a wide variety of things and survey all of Whole Cake Island. She also can make incarnations of her own soul that allow her to collect the souls of WCI residents. Special Homies: Big Mom can create special homies with her own soul, and these homies are considerably stronger than normal homies. Zeus, Prometheus, Napoleon, and Hera are all special homies. Zeus is a cloud that is able to fly and serves as a mode of transport for BM while also displaying impressive AP with his attacks coming in the form of lightning. Hera has similar abilities since she is also a cloud. With a simple thunderbolt attack, Zeus took out Vinsmoke Judge. On the roof of Onigashima, we saw Zeus's strongest attack, "God of Lightning Tenjin", where lightning bolts strike in all directions. Hera also has this attack. The lightning is able to move and seemingly has a soul like the other homies, allowing it to strike anybody. Zeus' thunderbolt takes out Judge God of Lightning Tenjin Prometheus is a sun homie that gives BM the power of fire. Similar to Zeus, his AP is also very impressive. He can basically only be harmed by water(or ice in Brook's case) since he is made completely of fire. Big mom can use him for fireballs, beams, or in combination attacks with other special homies. Prometheus' destructive capabilities Napoleon is a bicorne that can turn into multiple types of swords. With Napoleon, BM can create a violent shockwave that can destroy almost anything in its path. Napoleon is often used in combination attacks with Prometheus and Zeus/Hera, allowing Big Mom to imbue her sword attacks with fire and lightning. A combined special homie attack easily one-shots Ulti Misery is a homie made up of Prometheus, Hera, and Napoleon combined. We know that Misery can be very destructive, but we don't actually know how strong she is since she was defeated before she could do much. Due to the fact that this was BM's last effort to defeat Kid and Law, it is possible that Misery was her strongest technique, and given the power of her other special homie combination attacks, we can assume that Misery's AP would have been insane, though none of this can be confirmed. The sheer size and power of misery Other DF-related powers; I think the power of Big Mom's DF in tandem with her physical abilities is often not respected as much as it should be. She has the ability to take years off of somebody's life if they're scared of her, which is an absolutely insane ability that can work against almost anybody given her appearance, size, and personality. She can kill people with this ability and has done so in the past. We have seen this ability fail more times than succeed, but even high tiers can be killed by this ability. BM easily kills Zepo Another ability that goes overlooked is Big Mom's ability to consume her own soul and take years off of her life. This drastically increases her power while also increasing her size and healing her. Just one year off of her life made Big Mom look much stronger than before. If BM were to consume 10 years or more of her life at one time, she would easily be one of the most powerful characters in the series. She has one of the most insane power-up abilities we have ever seen. PhysicalsStrength:We all know that Big Mom is physically one of the strongest characters in One Piece, so there should be no debate here. She easily overpowered Queen and can easily destroy buildings. Her sword attacks can destroy large areas of land. We've seen her display her strength many times and she makes strong opponents look weak. Durability and Endurance: We can also all agree that BM is possibly the 2nd most durable character after Kaido. She grabs Prometheus, a literal ball of fire, and isn't injured by his flames. She tanked awakened DF attacks from Law and Kid that would have seriously injured some of the strongest fighters if they tried to do the same. She withstood Damned Punk over an extended period of time. Though she was injured by Damned Punk, she was relatively unfazed even though she was close to defeat. Speed; Possibly BM's most lacking stat, her speed is still decent as she was able to easily keep up with Luffy and Sanji while they ran. Her durability and strength compensate for any possible lack of speed, but she obviously has not needed speed very often as she has long-range attacks and usually doesn't need to dodge attacks given her durability. HakiBig Mom is capable of using advanced armament haki, giving her some of the strongest CoA among active characters. Law said that BM's and Kaido's haki were too strong for him to move them around within his ROOM. Though we didn't see any future sight from BM, her CoO is presumably very developed. She has CoC and is able to use ACoC, though we never saw her use it against Kid and Law. As Kaido said, only a handful of CoC users are able to infuse things with CoC, and BM is one of them, making her one of the strongest CoC users we have seen.Law can't move BM with ROOM because of her strong haki BM folds Page One with an ACoC/ACoA punch Luffy's reaction to BM's CoC Feats
Puts Luffy on the ground with her scream/CoC and causes visible discomfort to the Vinsmoke family with her haki. Addressing Counter-ArgumentsThe "Big Mom only fought equally with Kaido because he was in base" argument:This is true, but you have to consider that BM was also in base the whole time since we only saw her use Napoleon for basic sword attacks and only saw Kaido in his base form using Hassaikai. She was probably not using Zeus or Prometheus during the fight and similarly, Kaido wasn't using his hybrid form or anything else. Big Mom lost to Kid and Law: Yes, but Kid and Law showed good teamwork and Law's BIQ was clearly superior to BM's and played a pivotal role in their win. Together, Law and Kid's powers work very well as Kid can create giant structures while Law can move them around. Also, Law's DF is broken and counters BM's lack of speed very well. Also, one of the main factors in BM's defeat was the bomb that she accidentally exploded, causing her to fall into the magma chamber. We don't even know if she died from this. Not much could be done about this "If Big Mom had ACoC but didn't use it against Kid and Law, it must not be that strong": This is not the case. BM could have used ACoC at any point in that fight and it would have put her in a more favorable position. I can't determine the reason for her lack of ACoC use against Kid and Law, but any ACoC is strong. Kaido says that only the best CoC users can use ACoC, and it's obvious that it is more effective than CoA or ACoA. ConclusionBig Mom has shown impressive feats in regard to AP, DC, durability, endurance, DF mastery, and haki. Most characters don't stand a chance against her and even if they do, she is extremely difficult to kill. To put her below certain featless characters is just disrespectful when we look at how people generally respect Kaido. She clearly is deserving of the Yonko title and her portrayal as being around Kaido's level should be noted, even if she is slightly weaker.Respect Mama |

THIS IS ALOT, I'M SORRY.
So as a child and an adult. I saw, heard and sensed things that weren't there. I even would get images in my head of faces and scenarios. I always knew who was calling or if someone was at the door, before the knocked and could guess if it was someone close to the family or strangers, spam. If it was important, I was just labelled "a good guesser" (premonitions, apparently). I would tell my mom as a kid and as an adult, but she made me seem like I was crazy. Even going as far to put me in a psych ward because "it wasn't real". Here are a few real life examples
1) I saw shadow people as a child and spoke to them. I would tell my mom things, specific things about them and she told me they were imaginary
2) I would be yanked out of bed by my legs while sleeping. I would see and hear a girl who seemed to be from the late 1800s. She was one of the more vivid apparitions I saw. I remember the ribbons, and plaid puffy dress she wore with the lace trim at the bottom? I guess that's what I would say to describe it. Her hair was dirty blonde and her eyes I believe we're green. They definitely weren't brown., she had on white socks with the trim as well and buckle shoes and would laugh at me when she saw me, she looked no older than me. Maybe 8-10. Mind you I never saw anyone like this, the clothing or person. I had only seen about three white people in my life at that point. We didn't have tv for another few years, radios, yes. My town was small and filled with POC. My mom never believed me.
3) I saw a shadow child while walking my dog, it was around 10pm He was not there before and he laughed behind me. I jumped when I heard him. I turned around and said I didn't notice him. He said hello, I said hello and went back to walking, until I realized I didn't see his face. I thought I did, as I could've sworn I saw his face. I saw the short blonde hair, blue eyes and overalls he was wearing. I looked back quickly to see he was never there. It wasn't that dark that I couldn't see him clearly. It's like I saw his appearance through my head and saw nothing but shadows through my eyes. I told my mom again, she made it seem like nothing was real and I needed help.
4) I've woken up speaking different languages in my sleep. While she was there and I only know English. She made it seem like I was crazy. I've done it with my younger brother too. He never slept with after that experience. I woke screaming silently with my eyes rolled back and spoke to him in what he thought was Spanish.i stared at him, not through him or just forward, but my body shot up grabbed his arm very hard, looked directly at him, and spoke. I fell down afterwards in the bed and he ran out screaming. That entire experience at that house was strange and lasted a while. Things went missing. I had marks on my body I couldn't reach, doors, cabinets opened and closed in my house without touching. I heard my mom calling me for her not to be there. I actually heard people in the home. The dreams I had were terrifying. I wasn't eating and was terrified to sleep. She got me put on psych meds AND She called a pastor to come into the home? So did she believe me it not? I didn't like him at all in that instance. I'm not going to bore you with that, but I felt better after being with him for awhile. I still saw and heard things, but that experience was behind me. I told her the mess weren't working, all they did was make me gain weight.
5) I've had flashes in my mind of when and where I would find money, talk to someone or where something bad would happen. I've went near places and just had strong emotions come over me that told me to stay away. Once instance is an abandoned school where kids were killed in a shooting I think. We were riding by I was lost in my own thoughts and headphones until panic, anxiety and fear filled me out of nowhere. My heart was racing and I felt I was going to cry,, just pure hopelessness. I wanted run and hide in a closest or something. I don't know, I was scared. She asks me what is wrong. I said I don't feel good, next thing you know she looks over and says this is the school where those kids were murdered its so sad, then on my right I saw the unkept area and the abandoned school. My mom made me feel so insane for so long.
6) going into detail is a lot of work.im just trying to sum a few of these up. I've dealt with an incubus, I saw it as a small like goblin in the corner of my room before things actually happened. I started to believe my mom after awhile and I ignored these things. I saw a small goblin-shaped thing in the corner of my room and just tried to focus on my tv. Then I felt tingles all over my body feeling aroused and almost high. My body felt weak. I laid down on my bed and felt small footsteps on my bed like a cat. I felt like I was high, everything was blurry and just felt good. I then saw a man with beautiful pale soft features and long white hair. He looked like an "angel" he looked like he was glowing. He asked me could he have me. I felt bewitched this guy was amazing. I said yes and he pleasured me with his mouth and it was so good(fucking embarrassing) I passed out afterwards and woke up like I couldn't move. This kept on for like half a year, or abit more than a year. It was exhausting.
7) I've went to her job where she works with the elderly and told her I've seen people she would say maybe I need my meds increased. I've had OBE, and even dreamed of past lives although I can't really say they were past lives until I get proof, but thats what they felt like. They were vivid and made too much sense plus I felt the sensations. If you want to hear them I don't mind telling you, but i'm trying to get to my point.
It was after one dream that I stopped taking the meds and my mom was actually honest with me.i dreamt I was playing bingo and I went into the bathroom and as I was washing my hands I looked up to see a blue woman. She was like blue flames, her eyes were a hollow white, no pupils and she didn't wear clothes. She just looked to be a blue flame of a woman. I was terrified. I ran(spedwalked) out of the bathroom. Trying to calm myself, before I looked to my left and jumped because she was there. I was looking around in my dream, someone had to see her, but she told me. You are the only one who sees.me. She didn't open her mouth. She spoke into my head, her words echoed in my head. Her voice was something unique, different but beautiful. I couldn't describe it. She told me to stop running and embrace who I was as well as something else I cant remember. I looked at her eye to eye for the first time. She was so beautiful and different looking. Like if she had normal skin, eyes and hair. She'd be a gorgeous. I asked her who was she and she touched the center of my head between my eyes., I flinched, because I felt the pressure of her hands, but it wasn't hot or cold. Just the pressure. She said "I am apart of you, as you are of me." I told her I didn't understand. She ran one of her hands around my skull while the other stayed in between my eyes. She said " I live in your subconscious, we are one" then I woke up. I still heard her voice and saw her vividly. I even felt the pressure too. It was like her hand was still there.
When I called my mom to tell her the dream. She was honest, after 26 years of life. she told me the truth, that she saw those things as well. That her mom and my grandma died because of those visions and she said they were of the devil. My grandma killed herself and my great-grandma raised my mom. She said that she has been seeing things as a child and thought if she told me to ignore them or that they weren't real and I wouldn't see them as often, she said it's like things flocked to me. She was scared I would die like my grandma, so she lied. Every time I told her something new it would frighten her. We even saw or felt the same things.
She knew something was in each of the houses, she knew the old people I saw were real and some were people who had recently passed and didn't acknowledge it hoping it would go away. She wanted to convince me nothing was there and that I was crazy. She said she even sees them now, but only sometimes because she ignores them. At work she sees them and they are even in her car sometimes catching a ride, she can see them in the mirror. She even saw shadow people.She scarred me in the most major ways, instead of telling me why to ignore them. She had me drugged up and made to seem insane. You can believe me or not, but I just wanted to share this. When I moved out she would constantly ask me if im seeing things or having weird dreams, this was before this final conversation and me getting off of my meds. I told her no, but the truth is it never stopped, after having this conversation I do feel better, but at the same time betrayed. She is more honest with me regarding what she sees now. I think it lifted a weight off of her chest. I feel we are abit closer, but still the things I went through in the past can never be reversed. Thank you for reading, if you did
