Basically I want to find an account that has a decent interest rate that also allows standing orders (so easy access) that I can manage online but pretty much set up and forget
I really like chase so wish they had an online portal so I didn't need it on my phone, would prefer not to buy another mobile device to keep at home just to use for chase but maybe that's the easiest.

Essendon could join the chase for Carlton ruckman Tom De Koning, but might struggle to keep a young big man of its own. Plus why the Cats won’t land Sean Darcy.

Sean Darcy’s hamstring tear against Melbourne allowed Luke Jackson to take over against his old side while sparking a frenzy of speculation about the Dockers trading their No.1 ruckman.
As it happened, it also delayed a discussion that would have stopped that talk in its tracks.
Darcy had been set for talks with the Dockers and his management about a long-term extension on the contract that makes him a free agent at the end of 2024.
Those talks across Fremantle’s round 12 bye have been pushed back a couple of weeks as he gets some rest and relaxation before a big second half of the season.
As clubs across the competition try to work through how to establish an elite ruck department, the Dockers will lock away Darcy for the long-term.
For all the pre-season talk of Jackson stifling Darcy’s influence, the opposite has occurred.
As the Dockers attempted to give Lloyd Meek game time last year, Darcy averaged 64 ruck contests a game playing 87 per cent ruck and 13 per cent forward.
This season in rounds 1-10, alongside Jackson, he averaged 73 ruck contests and a 90-10 ruck forward split.
Jackson might thrive as the No.1 ruckman at times, but he was well aware when he came to Fremantle as a 21-year-old that playing alongside Darcy was the perfect way to extend his career.
And it would give Fremantle the best chance of success as he mixed rucking with a hybrid midfield role and the forward responsibility that has seen him kick six goals in the Dockers’ four-win streak (and 13.10 for the season).
So the Darcy-to-Geelong narrative won’t happen for the former Cobden man mountain as rivals look elsewhere.
Tom De Koning would have to sacrifice ruck opportunities and money to stay at Carlton, which seems increasingly unlikely.
The talks scheduled for the bye will likely drift until the end of the season as Geelong, St Kilda and Sydney chase the 23-year-old.
If he stayed it would be as the Blues’ No.2 ruckman and No.3 forward, even as his one-out ruck performance against Melbourne showed he was capable of holding down the ruck.
Last Friday’s clash against Max Gawn and Brodie Grundy was his highest-rated game for the year with 13 hitouts to advantage and two intercept marks.
If he did stay at Carlton it would be out of loyalty to the club that drafted him, and his strong mateship with his teammates.
Like Carlton, Geelong might pay him only $600,000 a season.
But the Cats can promise him the No.1 ruck position, plus a complimentary role in attack when 34-year-old Tom Hawkins eventually retires.
St Kilda can’t offer him the No.1 ruck job ahead of Rowan Marshall, but it can offer him the No.2 forward role behind Max King, with Tim Membrey 29 and currently playing VFL after a poor season with a long-running knee issue.
Essendon might throw its hat into the ring but ruckman Sam Draper is in front of him, Andrew Phillips is the in-form back-up and the Bombers might battle to hold onto third-in-line Nick Bryan.
Bryan is only contracted to the end of the season, is eager for opportunity after only one AFL game this year and is putting up massive VFL numbers to disprove theories he is only a tap ruckman without a well-rounded game.
In five VFL games this year he has averaged 134 SuperCoach points, 19 disposals, 32 hitouts, 12 hitouts to advantage, five clearances and six score involvements.
If Essendon doesn’t give him more chances – and it is trying – then a rival team will.
Meanwhile, GWS has been desperately trying to find a successor for Shane Mumford and hoped Braydon Preuss might be their man.
Yet out of the Preuss-Matt Flynn-Kieren Briggs battle, Briggs has emerged as footy’s in-form ruckman in the past three weeks.
Only just winning selection in round 10 after strong VFL form, he has been footy’s biggest surprise packet.
He was the second-highest rated player on the ground against St Kilda, the highest rated against Geelong (eight clearances, seven HTAs) and the second-highest against Richmond (two goals, six clearances).
It is early days but if he can maintain the rage at just 23 years of age, Adam Kingsley’s search for Mummy 2.0 is over.
At Port Adelaide Scott Lycett is uncontracted but back in favour, at Richmond Ivan Soldo is injured but well behind Toby Nankervis, while Nic Naitanui’s season is over with uncertainty about whether he plays on.
So Fremantle’s Darcy will be taken off the board for rival clubs, and yet it will only increase the currency of the likes of De Koning, Bryan and Lycett in a game where teams prefer to poach ruckmen rather than develop them.

I'm sure many people figured this out already. But since petrol bottles can fuel the generator, creating a route through officers quarters, past wine cellar and to fuel storage can be very useful. You will never need this much fuel but it is very helpful for exploring or just easing your worries. I killed all rats in the way with petrol bombs, opened up any locked doors including to wine cellar and did a few practice runs until I was able to get empty bottles, sprint to fuel storage and sprint back without getting killed/chased by the beast and doing it fast enough that I was still fuel efficient. I figured it would be possible to do four or five runs in a generator life, enough to last you for the rest of the game and beyond. I'm pointing out the obvious here but some people might not know.

So my cat normally loves me and my partner unconditionally and is very clingy and sweet. She is a little hesitant towards other people, especially if they have cats and has hissed at a couple of people over the years (she is three) but she is normally not an aggressive cat. Yesterday my partner saw another cat outside and stroked it while our cat was at the window watching. She is an indoor cat so I'm not sure if she's ever seen another cat before. We went inside and she was normal for a few second, rolled on the floor like normal. But then she jumped up to the window, sniffed my partners hand and suddenly turned. She was hissing and making really aggressive sounds. I've never seen her like it. She went for my partner and chased her out of the room and then turned to go for me. I managed to get out of the room without getting scratched but she seemed like she had the intent to do some serious damage. We waited behind the glass door for a second and she was hissing and growling and scratching at the door. If my partner (who stroked the outdoor cat) came towards the door our cat would flip out but if it were just me she would just hiss and make angry noises.
We left her to it for a few hours to calm down and went to my brothers. When we got home she was more or less the same, slightly less intense though. We went to bed and locked her out of the room. She normally sleeps with us. She was mowing at the door all night. In the morning she seemed more or less normal, maybe a little nervous but she has been Rowling in the floor purring like normal. We have put her in the spare room with some water and her litter tray just while we figure out what to do. We are going to phone the vet. Sorry for the long winded pst but I'm just hoping for some advice. How should we deal with the situation and how do we feel safe around her again? Thanks

I REALLY NEED HELP, so I'm sorry for the novel of a post but I described it the best way I can. SO, I've had the credit building service through Kikoff for a little over a year now and started up another loan after paying off my previous one because it positively affected me! Until recently, they have a service kind of like credit karma does where you can open a checking account/card. Well, in April I got a text on my phone saying that they were printing a card for the banking service and that I would be receiving it soon, I didn't think anything of it, thinking it was some sort of procedure to send one after I paid a loan paid off or starting a new one or whatever. Needless to say, I never got it and completely forgot about it. A few weeks went by and I noticed money being taken out of my account, more than usual for Kikoff but again, I just thought it was for the loan and shrugged it off. After weeks of shrugging it off, it got a little out of hand, so I went on the app and noticed that the banking service was on the app, that over $560 USED TO BE in it, and that almost every penny was spent on some Google services! I was so shocked and very confused, someone had hacked into my account and changed everything while getting money out of me. I immediately contacted Kikoff's customer service and disputed everything to get my money back, they told me it could take up to TWO MONTHS to get everything processed and back to me, I couldn't do anything further so I just took that as an answer. Thankfully it only took a week and got all my money back, however, I was never notified that it was all done for and squared away. After realizing my Kikoff was hacked into I changed all my information back and changed my password and a new card was sent to me, even though I told them I didn't want it. Going on to Kikoff to see if the funds were back in the account yet, I saw that whoever hacked into my account was somehow spending my money AGAIN! Even though I changed my password and the first card was canceled. So I had to call a second time and dispute even more charges but had to wait because they were still processing, they canceled the second card and I changed my password for a second time. I added my bank account again really quickly to transfer the rest of what was in there and took my account back off of there so they would stop spending my money. A few days go by and got a notification that my Chase account was $300 in the negative, and it turned out to be Kikoff, they were trying to transfer the money back into Kikoff! Mind you I've been on a wild goose chase with Kikoff, I'm currently 5 phone calls in deep, having the same crap happen over and over again because at this point I've changed my password 5 times and canceled 4 cards and it is still happening to me. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be happening? Or what I can do about this? I'd close Kikoff as a whole but that would take a negative toll on my credit and I really don't want to do that. I want to just close the banking service but I can't do that until all pending charges and disputes are processed which can take up to two months, and within that time period they are just going to keep finding ways into my account. I have already spoken with Chase and handled that part, and I am NOT having issues with anything else. Any advice, tips, or knowledge would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

I went to punch off at work in the tea room (there were a few people in there). One of them was a friend of mine, so I told her that one of my co-workers has a crush on her and she began blushing.

I am just aloof. Distantly severed from society, estranged by the common joys of life due to my drive to strive for something better and stronger. I think I have been projecting this whole time, and I am what I hoped to never be while retaining these traits that I have wanted to lose. The deep spirals on mental health are getting worse and worse. The toxic fumes fill my veins and pollute my heart, shed my skin and tear me apart, everything everyday is a deep dark gray haze that I track through with all my might, but that might is nothing due to my stubbornness and arrogance to improve. As with every step in this fog, I come closer and closer to my forthcoming as an individual, I know I just need to continue walking, to find the treasure of passion and love, but with every day that goes by I seem to slowly become less and less determined from the lack of results. So I sit there. In the fog. Where every direction seems to only lead to the same dark gray void that I have been chasing my whole life.

So we were doing pre-meal, and we were running a Duck a'la Orange (I'm FOH, I'm not going to look how it's actually spelled)

I decide to ask a question:
"Um Chef, about the duck? If I have a 3 person table and the first two order the duck, am I obligated to sell the 3rd person goose?" (or grey duck if you're one of those weirdos from Minnesota, you can fuck off with Wisconsin and their bubblers)
To be fair, I did say duck duck goose... So that's probably why he had the urge to chase me out of the kitchen.

Not sure if everyone else has the same issue, but it's really annoying having to chase down my sages as they run head-first into combat.
For example, I was trying to fight the water temple boss in the depths. I needed to use Sidon's water ability to stun the boss, however he and the other 3 sages kept running directly towards the boss and tried to (fruitlessly) hurt him. Same was true of the fire temple rebirth. It's really annoying having to waste so much stamina and put myself in more danger just to get close enough to use their abilities.

Mum died two months ago. It has been up and down, but for the last few days I've been feeling really, really bad. I'm having nightmares. I'm waking up with that horrible feeling like someone is sitting on my chest. I'm anxious about everything. Completely unproductive with work. Physically sick because of how anxious I'm making myself.
I felt like things were starting to get easier. Last week I had a cold and so almost exclusively worked from home. I felt like it really helped me to establish a routine that had room for movement - e.g., if I woke up feeling bad or had a really bad night sleep, I had the freedom to sleep in for half hour more, or take 30 minutes to go walk my dog and settle down, or just the freedom to cry - kinda that chance to reset. I'm back to a really hectic workload this week, all face to face, and I feel like I'm chasing my tail. I feel horrible but have to keep pushing through because of all the things I have to do. I get home at night and crash out because I feel so exhausted carrying all of this stress and sadness and anxiety around. And needing to 'mask' it for people is exhausting as well.
I hate this time. I feel like too much time has surpassed for the dead mum excuse to fly - I feel pressure that work expects me to be back to 100%. Honestly the way I've felt the last few days feels like the first few days all over again. This is so horrible :(

Chapter 64: Treasures:
POV: Kaladin, Shallan
Kaladin is still in prison and is becoming more depressed, not eating, not caring etc. He’s also having trouble drawing stormlight and Syl is acting flighty like when Kaladin first met her. Meanwhile, in Taln’s cell, Shallan wraps herself in Stormlight, turns herself black and hides in a corner. Amaram questions the madman, focusing on a cache of Shardblades Bordin mentioned. However, the madman continues to rant, and Amaram still wants to seek out these hidden Shardblades. Amaram leaves as does Shallan after copying down the madman’s words and giving the paper to Iyatil for the Ghostbloods. Later, Mraize sends a message welcoming her to the Ghostbloods.
Chapter 65: The One Who Deserves It
POV: Shallan, one and a half years ago
Shallan begins to take action to get Balat, Eylita and Malise out and away from the Davar estate and her father. She marvels at the concept of freely choosing one’s own role.
Chapter 66: Stormblessings
POV: Kaladin
Kaladin spirals deeper into depression in the cell but he is suddenly released from prison. He finds that Adolin insists on sharing Kaladin’s incarceration which brings them to a mutual understanding. Kaladin is given a Blade and Plate for his role in the duel and he gifts them to Moash, to show he trusts him. As Bridge Four and other bridgemen cheer Kaladin’s release and go to celebrate, Kaladin talks with Moash and agrees that Alethkar will be better off if King Elhokar is assassinated, which Moash is happy about.
Chapter 67: Spit and Bite
POV: Dalinar
Dalinar and Navani are attending another feast they’d rather avoid. Navani updates Dalinar about fabrials while Dalinar’s mind wanders on his upcoming expedition across the Shattered Plains. Navani reveals she is trying to take her mind off Jasnah, suddenly breaking down and crying. At the feast, everyone is acting weird around Dalinar, which Amaram reveals is due to someone leaking Navani’s accounts of his visions. Navani reports that the reports have been twisted to make Dalinar look foolish. Refusing to be embarrassed, Dalinar steps onto a table and reports the visions as true. He spends the rest of the evening reporting on the visions, and has a troubling conversation with Wit.
Chapter 68: Bridges
POV: Kaladin
House Kholin heads onto the Shattered Plains for an expedition, which will allow Shallan to see a chasmfiend chrysalis. Kaladin is still failing to draw in Stormlight. He sees a carpenter he recognizes but can’t place. Moash informs Kaladin that the assassination is almost ready and his part will be simple and easy. Adolin distracts Kaladin with a conversation about the Assassin in White, women and an attempt to figure out Kaladin’s powers, which Kaladin admits nothing. They still have a moment of camaraderie together all the same. After conversing with Dalinar about the mobile bridges, as Dalinar crosses a bridge, Kaladin suddenly recognizes the carpenter as one of Sadeas’ and tries to warn Dalinar. Adolin reaches Dalinar as Kaladin reaches Shallan and the bridge collapses.
Chapter 69: Nothing
POV: Kaladin, Shallan - The Chasms
As Syl screams, Kaladin gets a rush of Stormlight and hits the bottom, hurting but alive. Shallan and Kaladin meet up and both theorize privately how they saved the other from a 200 ft fall. They search the bodies in the chasm and do not find Dalinar or Adolin, only dead spearmen and Parshendi. A highstorm is due the following night and they need to make it back to the warcamps. Shallan admires the variety of planet life in the chasm while Kaladin is focused on getting them out. They snark back and forth at each other louder and louder until a noise puts a stop to their arguing: an approaching chasmfiend. They run.
Chapter 70: From A Nightmare
POV: Shallan, Kaladin
Kaladin leads the mad dash through the chasms to escape the beast chasing them. Shallan suddenly leads them back to where they first fell with the dead bodies and the beast begins feeding on the bodies. Shallan takes a Memory of the beast and they continue walking, wanting to get as far from the chasmfiend as possible. Shallan manages to draw a map of the chasms which they use to navigate their way through. They get to talking and open up some, Shallan swearing she means no harm to Adolin or his family. Sunlight reveals that they are going the wrong way.

For years, tradition made people marry to each other, 1 to 1. Men went to war but had a woman at home to receive them.
Economies were poorer so financial security was way more important than attractiveness. Study, get a good job, get a wife. Simple but worked for most people.
Product of all this disciplined team work you have richer societies now. But now tradition doesn't mean shit, and no team work is that needed to sucess financially anymore, specially with the decrease in birth rates.
So now women are all out there childless and single, chasing their own careers, 10 fucking the same guy, and bottom guys have to work to survive and maybe have some hobbies but nothing else.
Still if there is a war, you will be called to fight it, you will die younger but will get your pension later, no body gives a shit about positivity towards your body, uncondional fat acceptanse, wich can be changed and carry health risk, while short guys are acused of incelism and discriminated, and bullied in their apperence without any society repercusion, for being born with an unchangeable yet perfectly healthy physical characteristic.
I'm not emiting any value judgment about it, I'm an antinatalist and I'm happy for example on people not having kids in general, just making an observation of a situation that is sad, but also sounds like a tragic comedy, all the society efforts, the supossedly "progressiveness" of society, to end in such situation where so many guys are and will be in part fucked lmao.

P.D: I hope things get better for us, some kind of society self regulation mechanism of a non sustainable situation. I think as this starts affecting the future short kids of heightist people themselves, people may start opening their eyes, at the end we are trully in the same boat and real karma can hit people balls and vaginas very hard.

The Halucinor, simply named like his cohabitants, wakes up in a world that is neither heaven nor hell, ruled by neither good nor evil, occupied by people who are neither completely dead nor truly alive. Like him, all halucinors were robbed of their memories, humanity, moral compass, and most, of their sanity altogether. Despite these losses, they have accepted their fate. In contrast, the protagonist questions every act of savagery he witnesses, yet not with a judgmental eye but with a curious mind. For in this realm, in the infinite moment of what beings call Stand, there is only unbiased existence and people who have sinned in life.
In the face of these circumstances, the Halucinor hones his prying nature and embarks on a battle for his name, identity, and past. Above all, he strives to keep his soul from disappearing. Nonetheless, his quest to regain his true self is jeopardized by others who lie scattered across Stand. Persistent eminences are settled in the gothic setting and embody what Stand lacks, like the speaking of truths, traces of human nature, and memories. With gray hairs and bitter eyes, they may even be sins, heirs of those who gave Stand shape.
As glimpses of the Halucinor’s past life flash through the darkness shrouding him, his body and mind undergo daunting changes. He has no plan. No understanding. He doesn’t even have a name. Nevertheless, the Halucinor finds resolve in the madness. He sets out to hunt the rulers of Stand to retake what was stolen from him and display something they have yet to witness—the will to live again.
But to do so, he must become fiercer than sin itself.
EVEN IN DEATH is a standalone adult dark fantasy novel with doulogy potential, complete at 95,000 words. It follows in the tradition of meditative soul-faring adventures like “The Afterlife of Holly Chase" by Cynthia Hand and incorporates atmospheric elements of “The Library of the Dead" by T.L. Huchu, all within the gothic nightmare aesthetic beloved by fans of the Dark Souls games. It will appeal to readers who enjoyed the psycho-spiritual challenge of George Saunders' “Lincoln in the Bardo” or the thought-provoking work of "Piranesi" by Susanna Clarke.
