2023.03.30 15:45 blue-lilacs I feel like I’m not ovulating or something is off…
| I had a hormonal IUD taken out this January and a day later got my period, then 31 days later got my first period off of the IUD, normal flow etc. Now it’s March and these are my temps, CM, and OPK results. It doesn’t add up! Does that mean I’m not ovulating .. Is it the IUD? An off cycle? Do you think I still have a chance at temps rising in the next few days? 2023.03.30 15:45 EstablishmentNew7113 I Climbed to Infinite with a Good Doggo. Here’s What I Learned
| Welcome to Part 3 of the “Here’s What I Learned” Series. Usually for these posts I go into depth on my gameplan, deckbuilding strategy, and general tips for using this deck, but given we’ve all seen some sort of flavor of Lockjaw before I figured I might just go over why I chose the cards I did in this deck rather than some other, better alternatives. If you are interested in learning more about my general though process when it comes to this, I’ve posted about it in the past if you wanna check it out (sorry for the shameless plug). Anyway, the main differentiator of this deck is the inclusion of Storm, which mainly serves to help prevent Shuri from getting a super powerful lane. Where most decks would have someone like Nightcrawler, who is very versatile and when pops out of a Lockjaw you can move out of the way to make space, I used M’Baku, mostly because I wanted to and he’s a really fun card that in general makes me really happy when I see him goofily pop out. As for 6-costs, a big omission is America Chavez. I originally tried using her, and even though she’s important for drawing your pieces like Lockjaw and Jubilee early, I found that the difference wasn’t that noticeable, and the fact that I would never play her on turn 6 more than offset the slight increase in consistency for me. Plus, most of my climbing success came from big surprise wins, and that didn’t happen as often with her. So I subbed her out and saw a pretty substantial increase in cubes. In general, the rest of my deck was relatively standard Lockjaw stuff. Overall this was a fun deck to use this season. The last months have been personally pretty rough for me, so it felt nice to redownload this game and find success with a deck that really embraced the randomness of the game and have the potential for really high highs. It was exhausting at times though given it’s vastly less consistent than the other decks of climbed with in the past, but it was good t switch things up a bit and I’ll be working on some new homegrown decks over the next week or so to get ready for next season. I guess the main takeaway from me this season is “Too much of a good thing can be bad.” I’ll be around in the comments if you have any questions, suggestions, or just wanna chat. I’d especially love to talk more about what I would change if I wanted to use this deck competitively. Happy Snapping! submitted by EstablishmentNew7113 to MarvelSnap [link] [comments] |

2023.03.30 15:43 LilVeeve Feeling weirdly depressed since diagnosis.
Hey, so as the title says, im feeling kinda depressed since i found out that im on the spectrum. 27 M
Prior to finding out, i was struggling socially (+ struggling otherwise) but always had hope that it will get better if i confronted it.
Im moving to a different country alone soon and i had this "belief" that i will change there. That i will try to be more social/find friends/go out on dates/etc. basically that i will "live life like a NT" lol
(For context: Im living alone rn, finishing off my art studies and i do digital art while working in a shop so i spend 90% of the time alone either working/studying/making art)
Sooooo back to the rant lol
Now that i know that there is no way for me to "be the person i always strived to be" there is a certain relief from that thought as in "i dont have to try no more, i can finally accept who i am"
BUT at the same time i somehow cant stand the thought that the best i can do to fit in is to mask better lol masking is VERY exhausting and i wouldnt say im the best at it.
Also if i dont try to fit in then its more likely that i will stay lonely. Im kinda lost tbh. Im not even sure if THIS is the biggest reason why im feeling more depressed by the day. Finding out ur on the spectrum can be overwhelming on many levels but ive figured out that not finding out is even harder to live with.
So is this life now?

2023.03.30 15:33 fenrinox Fullerton SGD Cash fund - best place to buy?
| Hi everyone! I'm looking to buy the Fullerton SGD Cash fund as it's giving out high interest now, what is the best place to buy it from now / have the best benefits / best rates? I've done some research and these are the places offering it 100% (not mixed with any other fund): - Tiger Brokers Vault
- Moomoo Cash Plus
- MoneyOwl WiseSaver
- Webull (but not sure how exactly as I can't find a page on their website dedicated to this fund)
I'm looking at Moomoo Cash Plus as they seem to have the best sign up rewards now. However, I'm confused on what they mean by buy trades. These are their rewards now: - Rewards period for Cash Plus -> Guaranteed 5% pa for 3 months. Subscription amount from $100 - $10,000
- After you invest over S$100 in Cash Plus, you can get a S$30 fund cash coupon (applicable to any fund).
- Get S$2* cash back everyday for 10 days (total S$20) Minimum deposit of S$100
- Receive 1 Free* Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO) Stock Deposit a cumulative amount of ≥ S$2,000 and Complete 2 Buy Trades in Total
- Receive S$108* Cash Coupon Deposit a cumulative amount of ≥ S$10,000 and Complete 7 Buy Trades in Total
Questions about Moomoo: - If I deposit that $100 and immediately purchase the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund, do I still get the $2 cash back everyday for 10 days?
- If I deposit $10,000 in total, then pressed buy on the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund 7 times (maybe splitting 10k into 7 portions), will I get the $108 cash coupon \*and\* the Coca-Cola stock? Also, does this have to be done over a few days or can be done in a single day?
- The terms and conditions say you need to maintain daily assets of S$10,000 for 90 days before the S$108 cash coupon will be unfrozen and credited to your account. Is having S$10,000 in the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund considered "maintaining daily assets of S$10,000" if I keep it for 90 days?
- Same question as 3 for the free Coca-Cola stock, but instead maintaining S$2000 in the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund for 30 days .
MoneyOwl WiseSaver is offering $20 WiseSaver units for free when you open a WiseSaver account, what does this mean? Also, how do they pay out the interest? Is it deposited into your broker account everyday? Thank you! submitted by fenrinox to singaporefi [link] [comments] |
2023.03.30 15:33 Idwtgc777 I think my friend’s insecurities are affecting me
My friend is somewhat insecure and I always try my best to cheer her up and I compliment her and I always tell her how beautiful she is but she rarely ever does the same.
90% of the time I say something good about myself she just stays quiet. I have read the art of seduction and I label myself as a siren so when we talk about that she never agrees with me she just stays quiet. Everytime I say something about how feminine I am she just stays quiet.
Also, we are both different ethnicities so once she told me that this guy thinks her ethnicity is very beautiful and I would be like yeah you guys really are then two days later I said I find Levantine people (I’m Levantine) appealing she just stayed quiet.
She triggers an old insecurity of mine that I thought I was able to get over which is my skin color. BUT to be fair I’m not sure if she’s triggering this specific insecurity because of certain things she says or if it’s a me a problem because she’s just simply very white. Im trying to be very fair here.
She always wants to hear how beautiful she is but she rarely ever says something nice back and honestly it’s getting to me because if I posses certain nice qualities why isn’t she agreeing with me.
Another thing that bothers me is that she tries to erase the idea that I’m spoiled. My parents are much more well off then her parents other than the fact that my dad is present in my life. It wasn’t until recently that my parents stopped giving me as much money because I used to drink and I developed an OCD that made me spend so much money because I had to buy two of everything. Also I have always gave her money every chance I can and if she needed it and I never asked for them back. She keeps on saying she wants to return them but I doubt she can and frankly it doesn’t matter if she gives them back or not
I was way more confident before being friends with her. I love her to death but I dont think the way I’m supposed to feel that way around her
I’m not sure what to do because it is not my place to dedicate her on what to say. Maybe if she said something bad I can comment on that but I can’t force anyone to say something

2023.03.30 15:31 Livid-Ad-1795 Convertible Loan Note Facility, Issue of Initial Associated Warrants and Further Extension of TSHII Option
https://www.tomcoenergy.com/investors/regulatory-news/ https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/tomco/news/rns/story/xoo1mmx RNS Number : 6931U TomCo Energy PLC 30 March 2023
30 March 2023
TOMCO ENERGY PLC
("TomCo" or the "Company")
Convertible Loan Note Facility, Issue of Initial Associated Warrants
and Further Extension of TSHII Option
TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, announces that the Company has obtained an unsecured committed facility of up to £1,000,000 via a convertible loan note instrument and associated subscription and put option agreement (together, the "Convertible Loan") entered into with certain subscribers introduced by Novum Securities Limited ("NSL"), the Company's broker, as further detailed below.
The Convertible Loan is intended to further bridge the Company's general working capital requirements, to the extent required, as the Board seeks to finalise due diligence and documentation in respect of its preferred arrangements with a potential financing party for a funding package to enable the Company to execute on its previously stated development plans for its wholly owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC ("Greenfield") and the Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") site. These plans include, inter alia, securing the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests in TSHII, with its 760 acres of land and a large mining permit in Utah, USA, constructing two oil sands processing plants and associated infrastructure on the TSHII site, and drilling a series of in-situ oil recovery wells.
As previously announced, Greenfield currently owns a 10% Membership Interest in TSHII and holds an exclusive option (the "Option"), exercisable at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests for additional cash consideration of US$16.25 million which was scheduled to expire on 31 March 2023 (the "Agreement"). To allow additional time for the abovementioned funding package to be secured, the Agreement has now been varied in order to further extend the exercise period of the Option. Accordingly, Greenfield may now exercise the Option, at its sole discretion, by delivering a notice of exercise on or before 30 April 2023 and making payment of the US$16.25 million cash consideration by no later than 5 May 2023. However, there can be no certainty that appropriate funding arrangements will ultimately be successfully secured or as to the terms of any such funding or consequently that the Option will be exercised.
The Convertible Loan
The £1,000,000 Convertible Loan facility is available for drawdown by the Company in four equal tranches of £250,000. The Company has, at its sole election, an option to draw down one or more of the £250,000 tranches on or before 31 March 2024. Interest equating to a fixed amount of five per cent. of the principal amount drawn down shall accrue until repayment, conversion or redemption of the relevant notes.
Amounts drawn down under the facility and the associated accrued interest are convertible at any time at the election of a noteholder via service of a conversion notice. Alternatively, they may be repaid in cash before 31 March 2024 at the election of the Company by way of the Company giving not less than five business days' notice in writing during which period the noteholder(s) concerned remain entitled to serve a conversion notice prior to such repayment.
If any amounts drawn down under the Convertible Loan are not repaid or converted prior to the scheduled redemption date of 31 March 2024, the noteholder(s) concerned shall be deemed to have served a conversion notice to convert the outstanding balance and the associated accrued interest into new ordinary shares of no-par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The conversion price per new Ordinary Share under the facility shall be determined as the lower of: (i) 0.60 pence; and (ii) the volume-weighted average price of an Ordinary Share during any five of the fifteen business days prior to service or deemed service of a conversion notice, as selected by the noteholder(s) concerned and sourced from Bloomberg L.P., discounted by 15%.
Warrants
The Convertible Loan subscribers have been issued with, in aggregate, 41,666,667 warrants by the Company, with each warrant affording the holder the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share at an exercise price of 0.60 pence per share, for a period of three years ("Warrants").
If any £250,000 tranche of the Convertible Loan is drawn down, the Convertible Loan subscribers will be issued with, in aggregate, a further 41,666,667 Warrants by the Company for each of the first three £250,000 tranches drawn down, exercisable for a period of three years from the date of any such drawdown.
Accordingly, if the full £1,000,000 of the Convertible Loan was to be drawn down a total of 166,666,667 Warrants would be issued. If these were to subsequently be exercised in full, it would result in the issue of 166,666,667 new Ordinary Shares raising a further £1,000,000 towards the development of the Company's business.
NSL will also be issued on drawdown of the initial tranche of the Convertible Loan with 10,000,000 warrants, with each warrant affording the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share at an exercise price of 0.60 pence per share, for a period of two years from the date of such drawdown (the "Broker Warrants"). If the Broker Warrants were to subsequently be exercised in full, it would result in the issue of 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares raising a further £60,000 towards the development of the Company's business.
Commenting today, John Potter, CEO of TomCo, said: "This Convertible Loan facility provides the Company with the flexibility to have financing available to drawdown, to the extent required, whilst we seek to finalise negotiations with a potential financing partner for a funding package that, if secured, would enable the Company to execute on its development plans for Greenfield and the TSHII site. Whilst there can be no certainty that the preferred funding package being negotiated will ultimately be secured, these remain very exciting times for TomCo and I look forward to making further announcements in due course."

2023.03.30 15:31 nekane-cosplays Reaching 1k/month milestone tips and tricks🤍
Hi! I just want to share a little bit about my journy and I hope It can help others <3
So, before starting, I started having 0 idea of OF, new socials, never used reddit, etc, etc. Just for you to know that I started from 0. I've been sitting around 10/7% since I started and struggled a little bit at the beggining but managed to go that far.
Im gonna be clear, the content is around... 10% of the job. Of course, you need a min of quality (for retaining) but you don't need a super setup for making a salary of this. The 90% is as you can guess, ADVERTISING.
In this sub there's a lot of info about ways and manners, you can use every social out there or just one, it depends of your strategy. I like automatic things so here are my 3 main funnels
-Social dating apps: I haven't seen this a lot, but girls... TRY IT. This is amazing. The idea here is to have a link to another social (like snap or insta) in your bio, because, if you look cute to someone and express a little bit of personality on the bio, theyll reach you there. And throught that other social, theyll see that you have an OF and... You know.
The thing about this is... It's free automatic traffic. If you do things right, is rare you get ban (aka simulate a normal person use of the apps) and youll be getting a lot of subs from there.
Reddit: Reddit of course, but I have a different approach from the usual. I dont do porn (and I dont want it to be leaked forever on the internet so its a nogo zone from me). What I do is SFW posting of selfies... But here's the KEY. Instead of using a lot of time just to post in 15/20 subs, my bf and I programmed a bot that basically, picks a random pic from a folder that I have, a random title, and post it in each one of the subs of a list... This brought me a lot of subs as in a day we can post to 100/120 subreddits automatically. Seriously, you have to try this out. It have some inconveniences like the list and content have to be around a specific theme so you can use a bot for it, but it's worth to research and try.
Instagram: Well, this doesnt need explanation, its a funnel for the dating apps and I just post a story whenever I upload content to OF, so the ppl that comes new know that I have it.
In a summary... Advertise having a strategy, thats the way to grow :D
Btw sorry for my english if there are mistakes here and there, Im spanish hahahaha

2023.03.30 15:27 MAS643 Would this be considered a contract & legally binding agreement?
| Hello group, my gf got a sign on bonus at her current job of $7,500 paid out in 25% increments every 3 months. She is looking to leave this job for a new position, however is concerned that her current job will try and sue her or garnish her wages to get back the money they’ve paid out so far through the sign on bonus. The image posted is of the paper she signed upon being hired. I am trying to tell her that YES, this is a legally binding agreement. However, the new job she is looking to start is saying NO, that it’s merely a scare tactic used to keep employees for the duration. It should be noted that the Administrator has changed 2x more since she started there. I wanted to post this in /legalhelp but that group doesn’t allow images. Trigger: Alone time
Just woke up about 30 minutes ago
Went through my routine: Brushed my teeth, used the bathroom, threw on a shirt, and sat down at my desk to work.
My fiance is at work and I am home alone. Haven't worked from home in about 8 days.
This alone time is definitely a trigger. Decided to hop on here instead of on the couch and going down bad habits.
Will continue to replace the fapping habit with checking-in via Reddit post/comment.

2023.03.30 15:13 flyboy015 New LED Headlights for my kiddos' Jeep Wrangler!
Thought you all might appreciate this. I'm doing a DeWalt 20v battery conversion for the stock motors with a PWM controller, and thanks to your advice from many months back, I decided to add a standalone 20v circuit to power some headlights - these should fit perfectly in the existing headlight recesses in the Wrangler. I was curious as to power consumption, Amazon says these lights are 42w each...but I ended up getting a whopping 1 hour and 57 minutes run time off a 2.0ah battery. Final voltage was 15.8 (I was shooting for 16v). My Chinese low voltage cutoff has a bit of a learning curve so I'm still figuring it out. This lighting system alone comes out to just shy of $40 not including battery, all via Amazon. Lights are BRIGHT...but they get HOT on the bench in a 68 degree room so I'm thinking I should add a cooling fan for 90-100 degree summer days. I'll have to make an update when the whole thing is done!
